- Beats cannot be altered in any way, except vocals being added and for length (beat can be looped)
- The producer drop at the beginning of beat must remain in final recording and may not be altered in anyway
- The producer of the beat maintains 100% ownership and copyright of instrumental and must be credited on all printed and digital signings. Please refer to the credit text (text file included with every beat).
- Instrumental can not be re-sold as is, or be used as background music in any project.
- If purchaser plans on pressing and selling more than 1500 (fifteen hundred) copies, please purchase the "Pro Tools Session" or contact us at sales@thebeatdealer.com. This will make that beat exclusive and disable future buyers from purchasing that exact beat.
- If more than 1500 (fifteen hundred) copies are sold, it must be reported to sales@thebeatdealer.com
- Major labels / major independents should purchase the Pro Tools Sessions of individual beats
- Purchaser may perform with instrumental live in public.
